General Information

Sable De Paradis specializes in creating unique perfumery experiences, including customized fragrances tailored to individual preferences. While we strive to deliver exceptional products and services, customers must adhere to these terms for a seamless experience.

Product Disclaimer

Our perfumes are crafted with high-quality ingredients and rigorously tested to meet industry standards. However, due to the subjective nature of fragrance sensitivity, Sable De Paradis is not liable for any adverse reactions, including but not limited to skin irritation, allergies, or respiratory discomfort. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredients before purchase.

Customized Products

For our bespoke and customized perfumes, the customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the consultation and creation process. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Stating any known allergies or sensitivities to specific ingredients.

  • Informing us of any underlying health conditions, including but not limited to asthma, skin conditions, or pregnancy, that may be affected by fragrance products.

Once a customized fragrance is created and delivered, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as it has been uniquely crafted to the customer’s specifications.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the suitability of our products for their personal use. This includes:

  • Conducting a patch test to confirm no allergic reactions before using the product extensively.

  • Providing accurate and truthful information during consultations for custom fragrances.

  • Following the usage instructions provided with the product.

Sable De Paradis is not liable for any consequences resulting from improper use, failure to disclose allergies or health conditions, or any information withheld during the customization process.

Shipping and Delivery

Sable De Paradis adheres to a clear shipping policy, detailed separately. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.

Returns and Exchanges

Our returns and exchange policies are clearly outlined separately. Customized fragrances are excluded from returns and exchanges under UAE law, as they are personalized goods.

Liability Limitations

Sable De Paradis shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Health reactions due to allergies, sensitivities, or improper use.

  • Loss or damage incurred during shipping or due to customer negligence.

Compliance with UAE Laws

Our operations comply with the relevant UAE consumer protection and e-commerce laws. Sable De Paradis ensures transparency and fairness in all transactions. However, customers are advised to familiarize themselves with local regulations applicable to their purchases, especially for international orders.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our products or services shall be governed by the laws of the UAE. In the event of a dispute, parties are encouraged to resolve issues amicably before pursuing legal action
