SHIPPING POLICY
For orders within the UAE, we provide complimentary next-day delivery for purchases placed before 3 PM. Orders made after this cutoff time will be processed the following business day.
For international orders within the Middle East, delivery typically takes between one to three business days, depending on the destination. Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery location.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment. For international customers, please note that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the regulations of your destination country. We recommend reviewing your local policies before completing your purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Sable De Paradis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within seven days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed. Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Kindly note that for international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We are pleased to offer exchanges within three days of receiving your product. To qualify for an exchange, the product must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to our support team within the specified time frame.
If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will issue store credit for future use.
